It turns out that the free Wifi from my university campus isn't compatible with my 3DS -_- Anyway, since I kept you waiting I hatched a 31/?/31/31/31/31 HA Finneon for you :) Female of course.

When I was at uni I just counted myself lucky that my computer connected to the WiFi! :)
If you have a smartphone though, you can use to connect your DS via Hotspot. Worked for me!

I've used the hotspot a couple of times, but the internet service from my phone provider isn't exactly the best.
