It's basically Japan's version of PowerSaves but this device allows you to edit anything and everything about a Pokemon, including IVs (you can't do that with PowerSaves)

So I have to be careful now about high IV'd Kalos legends.

Jeez, hack devices ruin everything. So all those Diancie & Jirachi floating around might even be fake?
