It's a fakemon that will be on my fakemon server (Fuji Labs) in the nearish future ^_^ Twitch from Pokemon Uranium fame is the one who made the sprite, and then I poorly animated it haha.

pretty cool actually imo, i think the rare animation comes to soon tho
