Oh, going back to something you posted on my wall, Encore + Refresh is legal on Poliwag. Psyduck gets both as egg moves (Encore in HGSS only) and can breed with Smeargle. So you need Smeargle->Psyduck->Poliwag.
Anyway, about your Blissey, I'm really close. I've gotten within a couple of frames, but still haven't gotten it yet. I'm finishing up lunch now, but then I'll get back to it, and probably finish this afternoon. ^_^
Though, one thing we can do, to sort of phase out, is stop bumping our thread to update.
I don't know; I mean every once in a while I find something I like. The problem is, and the reason you keep saying you don't find anything, is that the majority of people who post CMT's in our thread are n00bs who have only redis or crap. I think we should still keep our thread open for people who actually have stuff, and it makes it easier. I know it doesn't seem like the optimal choice, but when you think about it, the only people you keep saying no to are n00bs. Though, eventually, we may evolve to a format like Flora's, I don't think I (or maybe even yourself, if you really think about it) am/are ready to completely close our thread.

Did you get a new AR? I see you got rid of the thing from the top of our thread. :) Also, this Chansey will be done either tonight or tomorrow; I had awesome parents left over to breed the new parents and I already have them ready and am locking into the final egg, and the flawless special spread is only at frame 2391 or 0:39.85 :P
