surskit wg has only 3 weakness rock(nobody used it till diamond storm) flying (only aerilate which means 10 guys on ladder)and electric which is countered by using king's shield and then switch to good wg

Gyarados has the same weaknesses -flying. Because of that surskit is outclassed in every aspect.
