Thanks for telling me about the speed. If I have time, I'll prolly move 4 EVs out of speed and into...something else...just to optimize the EV spread. Though, kinda far down the priority list, tbh.

Oh, I mean, just to be clear, it doesn't have 31 IVs in speed. Not sure what it has. It could be 30 for all I know, but I've rebred it for a different EV spread anyway.
188 Speed is pretty killer for it, by the way, with max Attack and the rest dumped into HP (68 / 252 / 188). That gets the drop on max-speed neutral Tyranitars, which is about as useful and reasonable a goal as it has. For everything else, there's Sucker Punch.

I use mass dumper to start the listings of all pokes now, have for every 'mon since the first update (which I did based on memory). Makes life easier when adding donated stuff.
There's a handful of slightly flawed stuff, but nothing that's cripplingly flawed. If you're willing and have one EV trained thus, I'd appreciate being able to copy it. Your analysis would be put in the notes.
