Hypno???
It's a patch that balances pokemon who are not in OU into ou, for example, Hypno, has the ability sleep paralysis, which traps sleeping oppenents, and has dark void, with an increase of stats. Darkrai, loses dark void, and gets nerfed stats, so he effectively would be an OU pokemon.

This is what I have so far
-Spinda gained 40 ATK, SpATK, DEF, SpDEF, and SPD.
-gained hammer arm
-now fighting and not normal
-Lunatone now is steel psychic
-Lunatone gained 20 HP, and 64 DEF
-Lunatone now has Flash Cannon
-Mightyena now has Strong Jaw instead of Quick Feet as an ability.
- mightyena gained 5 ATK, and 47 ATK
-Altaria is now Fairy Dragon
-Altaria now gets Fairy Aura instead of Cloud Nine
-Altaria now has Play Rough
-Altaria gained 20 ATK
-Hypno now has Sleep Paralysis instead of Foreworn
-Hypno gains 20 HP, and 22 SpDEF
-Hypno now has Dark Void
-Darkrai no longer has Dark Void, or Spacial Rend
- Darkrai has SpATK is 22 less SpATK, and has 18 less SPD
-Solrock is now Steel Fire
-Solrock now has Wish, rapid spin, flare blitz, and Flash cannon
-Solrock gains 20 HP, and 64 SpDEF
