That's timezones :o such as I'm GMT+0 because I live in England

So what does GMT +0 mean like 0 hours behind and what i s the one for americans?

Not really... I follow EST thats all I know.

I actually don't know how to explain timezones...the whole world doesn't follow the same time, some are hours before and some are hours after. GMT+0 is the England timezone.

Okay so I googled to try and understand GMT better and right now I seem that I am at GMT-4:00 right now

I will figure it out sooner or later
