I don't know what bumping is, or the difference between pre-Pokebank and post-Pokebank, but I clicked on the link that you posted and commented cause it was a a good team.

Bumping is posting in a very old thread that is no longer relevant. Like that team. Pre-Pokebank means it's from the time when we didn't have access to any Pokemon not directly obtainable in Pokemon X and Y, a time long past.
