I know that when callibrating KeyBV you need to have 3 battles per TID, yes? So checking my TSV for the first time will need 3 battles or no?

Nope, as long as you bring 6 Pokémon and have one that has your aS TSV in 3rd, 4th, 5th or 6th position 1 battle should be fine. I have to finish these trades real quick but I'll send you a request.

Does it matter what TID Pokemon 1 has?

Nope, the first two are irrelevant (it seems). This certain KeyBV key I have seems to allow checking of the last 4 Pokémon providing the opposing team brings six. I'm still trying to figure it out, no idea why it's like that.
