I got it in a trade. It is tradeable and does work on Battle Spot. It is powersaved but you can breed copies. It will be legal in a month

Oh, well you aren't allowed to trade illegal pokemon on Smogon. Even if it'll be legal in a month it still currently counts as a hack, unfortunately. I'd delete the post you made on that thread so a mod doesn't infract you. I wish I had a Luxury ball Kang I could give you for free but I don't.
