Uhm, I am actually kinda of debatable with the SR Garchomp since it can get hit from a Ice Beam and die super easily

Oh, that? Well, by that logic, you shouldn't use magnezone, because it's 4x weak to ground. Look, anything can die within seconds, and if you're sure it'll get hit by an ice attack, then you probably should just switch out.
