Offensive Pert mostly comes in either the Band or Icium-Z flavor. I prefer the former since the Icium Z set can be tricky to execute what with worry about using it as a rocker too. I used it in ULT awhile back, it's still an ok attacker at this point, unfortunately Swampert has lost a lot of its luster compared to last year. Hope this helped :)

You've probably already fixed this, but I was lurking in the Silly things in OU thread and I saw your Scizor. If you're gonna run a Bug move, let that one be Bug Bite - boosted by Technician, it does more damage than X-Scissor.
