    Its mostly used for say rotom or mew and can help if ur opp has both a steel and fighting resist, just setup sub and hit next turn

    Here is what I use for the set evs allow him to outspeed base 81s aka mega alt and mega gyara
    AV IS VIABLE (Toxicroak) @ Life Orb
    Ability: Dry Skin
    EVs: 32 HP / 252 Atk / 224 Spe
    Jolly Nature
    - Drain Punch
    - Gunk Shot
    - Sucker Punch
    - Substitute
    Canned Bread
