Female Pokemon pass HA 60% of the time regardless of the other parent. Male Pokemon only pass with Ditto, and only 10% of the time, I think.

ya, it wasn't male, and that way i can't pass down the HA, if it had 31/31/31/x/31/31 or something like that, then i would have trained that one.
