Houndour was such a pain to get (ROAR), but I did it...I finally got a female Houndour in a Love Ball.

Since it's late over here, I'll transfer them tomorrow, and then we can trade. ^^

Yeah, that's fine. I did have to catch a Fast Ball Electabuzz before, only difficulty is the low female ratio on top of it's low spawn rate. I'll try to capture those after I get a Cute Charm Pokemon to ease on that.

lol yeah, cute charm is amazing for them 25% and less
