Honestly we can play pretty well any day Wednesday is just my day off assuming stuff doesn't come up. I'm GMT -4 so the earliest I can play is Noon your time, latest is like 7 AM your time. Doesn't matter to me when we play, 4-5 my time is probably when I'm most likely available

What about Wednesday at 4 pm my time? Or just any time between 4 pm and 7:30 pm gmt+1

Can't commit 100% to 4 pm (11 AM my time) but 6 or 7 should be fine (1-2 PM). If we miss it there'll be plenty of other opportunities but I'll meet it if I can.
