Yeah you are, you have been avoiding the whole play at 10 thing for the last several vm's. Despite the fact that you say you'll play in smogon tour and thus be avaialble. And I'm unable to play atm due to church or whatnot (if you look through my previous tours you'll notice that this is consistent)
