generally speaking, the individual managers will determine, through try-outs, personal experience, or what have you, who exactly they'd be looking to pick up, and then go from there. so there won't be any kind of unified, formal system for such things, if that's what is being asked.

i was aware of that, but since it wasn't mentioned anywhere, i was just wondering whether there is some form of tryout for players who haven't been recognized/aren't known. players such as myself don't really have much credibility and tryouts would help in this aspect. thanks for the response though :o
