Actually interested in why it didn't get ranked as I have seen it used with decent success and it really isn't that bad.

It's really outclassed, gets worn down very easily, and didn't have anything to back it up other than one post. If more people agree that it has a worthwhile niche in the metagame / it proves to be both effective and have a niche over roselia and whirlipede then it will be ranked.
