Honestly you could easily find someone who'd just trade you Pokémon for whatever on multiple online forums including this one; it only gets pricey when the Pokémon in question has a specific egg move, IV spread, nature, poké ball etc. If you're just looking for the Pokémon itself and nothing else specific then you'll be fine.

If you want some good things to start out with, you can also go to the Give-Away forum and gather some Pokemon there. Kurona is right as well that a Pokemon is honestly really easy to get, but usually people will breed a lot to get exactly what they want.

I know, my objective was just to get a random pokemon I can't get in hoenn, find ditto, egg and then I'll start ev training and stuff

Yeah, in that case definitely buy ORAS, you have more Pokemon that are able to be used there (Mega Lopunny, Primal Kyogre, etc.). You can get all other mons by trading pretty easily anyway.
