I read his message.I don't remember recover procedure, but how can he write on Smogon forum if he don't know his password?

he created another account(original account was littlelucario or liberal lucario)....which is against the rules but he has a situation so... :/

He could have his credendials stored in used PC, so when he try to change his password, procedure don't recognize him because passwords (old and new) are not equivalent.

i think i get what you mean, he's contacted some staff so should get to somewhere i guess
