Mega Gengar was never banned. Shadow Tag was banned for a few hours or so before chaos came on and reversed it. It has remained unbanned since.

I swear Mega Gar was banned half way through last year's SPL O.O Also did chaos unbanned it in spite of uber players protesting against it? Or were most uber players on board with releasing Mega Gar?
