it's very rarely handed out. literally only 9 people have it who aren't alumni, and (almost) all of them are or have been CAP mods.

Idk just based on your sheer effort/time/post count, it looks like you deserve it. I know comunity contributer legit needs just a month or two and quality posts to get. Cap cc sounds pretty prestigious

aim it is quite difficult to get, ya. And you don't know CAP history. Pwnemon, me, and nyttyn were once users Birkal referred to as "the terrible trio."
