Hi I have little to do with this but you shouldn't be so hard on yourself just because people are pointing out your flaws, instead you should take it as an opportunity to improve. Not getting this badge isn't the end of the world, especially since you'll have more opportunities to get it in the future.

I'll finish the 4 I have now because I do somewhat know what I'm doing, but aside from that I won't attempt another for awhile

What mag said is right; it seems like you're doing this for the wrong reasons. You should do this for /fun/. If you're not having fun, just get up and leave. Molk had to do more than you to get his goddamn bug; look where he is now. Just fix your mistakes, that's all. No one is calling you out personally, just find a tier you like to play and write for that.

I don't doubt you. Still, even if I never wrote analyses I might get teardrop from making SCMS edits and GP checks. Not that it matters though- I do those because I like to do them.

I hate to butt in but I really need to comment, the very fact that you even mentioned SCMS edits and GP checks (when you're not even on the GP team), proves you still haven't learned anything from this affair. You claim you're doing them for fun, why is the badge even relevant here? Nothing against you at all, you seem like an enthusiastic contributor which is great, but once you realize that we're all here to have fun over focusing on the prize is when you'll actually get somewhere

Also Snobalt, you're obviously taking Sweep's post hard (changing location to shitrealm, linking your homepage to it, etc). He wasn't trying to be rude or anything; as a matter of fact, his post was fantastic and he put everything into perspective for you. If you want to get better, dropping all of your analyses isn't the way to go.
