Okay I'm new at this whole GMT thing and I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed but since you are GMT+8 and I'm GMT-4 that means my time is your time just flip AM and PM; the deadline is 12:00 AM my time so like 11 AM my time would mean 11 PM your time so how about 11 AM my time (11 PM your time)?
