I'll take a better look later but at quick glance I would say Use Grass Knot over Shadow since the only bulky psychic that'll trouble you is slowbro and Grass knot still hits it anyway (And megabro for that matter). Mega dos with crunch handles most over bulky psychics.

Grass knot hits things like Hippo, T-tar and other heavy threats BTW which shadow ball cant.
