it looks pretty cool,though its quite weak to scizor and belly drum azumarill. also no hazard control :s

maybe swap out torn & azu for spdef talon & starmie? i kinda prefer lati > starmie here but its annoying to defog your own spikes, so maybe you could go t-wave on ferro
