Oh my god, such a rad suggestion. I love the idea of a banded victini with webs because the first v-create speed drop won't matter. I feel a bit pursuit weak now though with latios/latias and I was wanting a spinner so defog on the latis won't remove webs. Ideas?

Anyway if you run Shuckle+Hippo+MegaChomp the first think you need a mon able to counter keldeo, rotom, all this things so i think Latios or Latias. Then a Dragon Resistor like a fairy or a steel and at the end some fire mon to win agains scizors/clefable (for example Victini)
