Tri-Attack Togekiss has to be ''caught'' in Distant Land, so a Tri-Attack Togekiss bred in Hoenn is hacked imho. I just finished a Bold Shiny Chansey, and I'm making states for a Calm one now. I've forgotten which one you wanted lol.
