really? ;-; that's unfortunate. I updated a while ago and sometimes it stops at 99% and it's really annoying. Maybe try uninstalling if you haven't tried it already? XD don't know how to help, sorry :(

That's good! Once you are lv 3 then just select blind pick and choose your fav champion. Unfortunately you cant access the free rotation champs until lv 6 ;_; also I dont have my computer so yeah :C like in 3 days I can play again since im moving to a new house, all my stuff are packed and i dont have a table to put my laptop xD
