No to all of them, except Arceus can definitely knock off other Pokemon's Plates.

Now I remember why I used `target.getItem()` instead of `target.getItem(source)` in Knock Off! It had nothing to do with Sticky Hold at all, it was because using `source` made it so knocking off the user's species-specific item from another Pokemon failed for some reason. Well then.
