Okay going back online, make sure you go to the IV checker first, I don't have access to him yet. The test magikarp I send came out with the right ivs, but lets just make sure.

so basically, you got a powersave and reset a game around 100 times just for tsvs. then lock in a tm spread you like. then you can load that up and it has around a 1/97 to be shiny because you own 100 tsvs out of the possible 10000? and you just so happen to lock in a tm spread that produces an esv that matches one of your hundred?

I believe the chance for it to be shiny is 1/68, since normally with shiny charm is 1/682. BUT you are also forgetting the odds on the IVs, gender, HA, and all of that junk. I got pretty lucky on my first spread to be a flawless one... although I wish my random IV was on the HP and not the attack... is still fine though since it still gives me any Hidden power.
