what exactly /are/ pet mods

Basically more complex OMs. Aka they change some basic function that is hardcover or something (like designing new mons/abilities/moves or giving mons new abilities/moves)

When I finish coding slate 3 we have 16 mons so it can probably go on Aqua then. Snaq is gone for 2 weeks tho rip

so only 16 mons can be used?

For now, until we get more slates done. Btw vote in this week's stage I close voting in about 8 hours when I wake up again lol its 1 am and I gotta git up by 7:30 cuz of choice rip
