In your situation I would have pm'ed Oglemi, but that's just me. You could try to get a new avatar, see if he changes. If he keeps on changing avatars to the same as you if you change a few times, you should take action.

Luckily, iirc you can't change your name after you already have, so unless you already have changed your name, you can change it to something else. "Chesty" is available.
