Make sure to read the rules. You need to list your Ivs and your Pokemon need to have competitive value. A breeding project would be fine to put or saying you have spitbacks of some stuff works but saying you have a legendary with a random nature and X Ivs is not good

If you have females of that bulbusuar in a premier ball even if they have bad Ivs people will be interested in those and will want those more than your random legendaries

You should look into tsv hatching also if you need an example of a good thread to check feel free to look at mine or look at other peoples threads
