Not to pester you, but It's been five days since Name Submissions were open. What happened to Final Subs? CAP 21's starting, and we're falling behind.

I recall HeaL working on sprites. I wouldn't stall the thread out because of a lack of entries, though. That caused Birkal's Gen. IV pre-evo. project to be forgotten. :/
