After you hit your seed, go to Unova Link menu > key system > Send and Receive Keys. Right after you click yes, check the location of the spinner. Once you note the location, hit B and then try to send the keys again, noting the location. Keep doing that until you hit your target frame and/or determine your seed.

Well, to be clear, you try to hit your seed and then go to the Unova Link menu. You don't know if you hit it until you check the spinners haha
