Smogon doesn't do complex bans like ability + Pokemon (which seemed to me to be what you were advocating? correct me if I'm wrong). Same reason drizzle swim was banned even though Beartic was fine with Swift Swim, and we don't allow Blaze Blaziken. On top of that some of your information in the OP was just flat out wrong (Garchomp + Sand Veil is not banned, Sand Veil is). If you want to make a thread about changning smogon's policy on complex bans then make a thread about that topic (with an OP that includes more reasoning than #freestoutland), but it probably won't be very successful.

i had actual toulmin arg structure claim+evidence+warrant and you/koko spewed some bullshit. one of my supporting examples was incorrect sure. that doesn't invalidate my entire post. if you think that you're misguided. hop off the mod pedestal and engage some arguments beyond "well this nitpick was wrong so you are too haha!"

actually forget it this is going nowhere. please consider allowing discussion to occur in future threads, instead of locking threads once multiple people make posts that disagree with OP and validate your own position.

Well skipping the first part which I don't think is in English.
If all you got out of my post was "I'm gonna nitpick this mistake and shut it down" then you frankly lack reading comprehension. Yes, the one example did invalidate your entire post. Because the one thing you were wrong about (the minor nitpick) was essentially your entire argument (the thing you said gave precedence to your proposal, WAS the sand veil thing), your OP was essentially "we should change tiering philosophy because I like Stoutland". This is an extremely mediocre reason to change smogon tiering philosophy, and won't lead to a fruitful discussion about changing the view on complex bans.
