the tourney is simple as far as rules and structure go, so it wil pretty much run itself. I expect the co-host to help me giving out DQ warning, calling DQs, giving input on tie-breaking and acting as host when I am involved as player or when I am away.

I checked them through DF and IAR, and both of them suggested me to get another opinion on it. And we all pretty much agree, that you have great knowledge of subs, so please help.
