I read it as onethreeulbasaur personally, even tho its supposed to be Bulbasaur. Now I just let people nickname me whatever.

is 13ulbasaur actually a name you use or was it just because bulbasaur was taken?

It's actually a name I use. Got the idea for it 7-ish years ago when I first discovered '1337' speak in an MMO. It's nice too because it's never taken except Twitter why did that dang Twitter person TAKE MY NAMEEEE I'VE SPENT 7 YEARS BUILDING THIS UP FOR MYSELF oh well i dont use twitter anyway

1337 = leet. It means typing stuff using mostly numbers.
