When you apply a speed-boosting nature to a Pokémon, that Pokémon gets a flat accuracy boost to all of its attacks equal to some arbitrary formula that I will not reiterate here, but the Data Audit Tables give the accuracy boost for each Pokémon for you already so yeah.
