so how has your gen 6 experience been so far, have you played any oras uu yet? and are you planning on rating again? it'd be great to have you back on the team!

i've solely been playing oras ou for the last week but i'm not really enjoying it. made it to 1700+ on the ladder but am sick of having to run silly sets like shed shell manaphy + pursuit megaTtar just to beat all the gothitelle-stall that is at the top of the ladder. until gothitelle +/- mega-sableye get suspected / banned i don't think it's going to be a very competitively healthy tier.

haven't yet ventured into oras UU yet but i think i will in the next few days. any good teams you would recommend for someone just getting into the tier? i'm still not 100% used to gen 6 mechanics yet either - have tried T-waving electric types more times than i want to admit haha.

and of course i'll get into rating as soon as i'm 100% confident in my pokelogic :D i've been doing quite a bit in random PS matches haha. guess some habits don't die.

ah okay, yeah i don't play much ou but i've heard all about the goth stall / mega sableye problems going on right now. there's a thread in the pr forum discussing mega sableye actually, and there was one a couple of months ago talking about a potential goth suspect, so that might be worth checking out if you're interested.
