I'm not sure what precisely you're asking, but Azelf is a suicide lead with Magic Coat, as is Electrode. I suppose Golurk could be used as a suicide lead, too, since it gets Stealth Rock, and it gets Magic Bounce. Azelf and Electrode are the suicide leads I know of that actually get use out of Magic Coat, though.
