well for the forum idk what your problem is but if you are using internet explorer you should use a different browser because that typically causes problems. Try posting in this forum for the PS! issue http://www.smogon.com/forums/forums/pok%C3%A9mon-showdown.209/

Thats the problem, I cannot post on the forum. It loads, then rejects me pressing post.

hmm that's odd, as I said you could try switching browsers, otherwise I'm not sure what could be the issue since there is nothing wrong with your permissions.
