I am surprised that a former boxer can adapt to an effective kicking technique so easily. It probably has to do with her 2 inch height advantage on most of her opponents.

She was a boxer with kickboxing roots and has been training with Winkeljohn for like 15 years. He's one of the best striking coaches in combat sports and has one of the best MMA gyms (Jackson-Winkeljohn)
