Don't worry about it! The first analysis hardly ever goes smoothly for its entirety. Just remember to add and remove whatever the checker says (go by the colors) and address their comments. An easy way to do it is to hit "reply" on the check, copy/paste it into your OP, remove what needs to be removed, address any comments, and deformat the entire thing (in that order).
