Well, the text is wrong regardless kek
and it matters because with current text you can't search if you pop scales. It cares that they are monsters when they are popped and won't search because P Monsters are Spells in P Zone for the same reason that if you MST a set Artifact under DFissure they will go to the Graveyard because they were Spells when destroyed.

With Plushfire it was the judges being wrong about the interactions. With this the card text is just so wrong to the point that there is no possible interpretation of the card text that leads to the correct function. Even someone with just Google Translate could have translated it better.

I highly doubt OCG won't shrek them in the next 2 banlists. Unless you mean the hits won't be enough to make them unplayable and they end up like Worlds Nekroz, but probably less butchered.
