You made Reisen forms on your own server and they are basically like Deoxys forms but slightly different. Chibi Reisen is the pre-evolution of the other chibis, one chibi has higher SpD, one has higher speed and SpA, one is more balanced but with higher Def and somewhat high SpA, and the normal one is more offensive with the highest SpA and the 2nd highest speed.
