ok it's speed is 30 so that isn't the best but you could run it bulkier

Hmm... that is annoying, but unlike Palkia I think Dialga can get away with this. I'll probably take it down if I get a perfect Speed Modest Dialga though. Even if I did though, I'd still give you a shoutout regardless!
